The lawsuit comes from style label Rhode NYC, a outfits brand that was co-established by Purna Khatau and Phoebe Vickers. In legal documents acquired by TMZ, Rhode NYC claims the companies’ names are too equivalent and it is triggering confusion amongst buyers.
