Here at Who What Wear UK, we’re all about delivering the latest and greatest shopping edits, as approved by our team. That’s why we’ve created The Joy of Shopping, a shopping column which will see me, Joy Montgomery, discussing the brands, buys, and ideas that are preoccupying my mind this month—think homewares, outerwear, and everything in-between. Is there something you’d like me to cover? Make sure to tweet or Instagram me your requests!
Who What Wear’s fashion editors are expert shoppers, and that’s an understatement. After all, it’s our jobs to search runways, retailers, and the internet for the best and the coolest in fashion. With that in mind, I always have a colleague to turn to whether I need to find out the trends that are about to be everywhere, insight about on-the-rise brands, or someone to weigh in about what’s happening at fashion week. My Slack chats are packed with messages to my co-workers about their thoughts on all of the above.

From their iconic asymmetrical bob to the sexy, cut up fashions, Cheryl “Salt” James, Sandra “Pepa” Denton, and Deidra Muriel “Spinderella” Roper paved the way for women everywhere, breaking barriers in a male-dominated industry and using their style to show off their strength, power, sexiness, and femininity. It’s virtually impossible to honor the Queens trio without honoring their style.

Sadly I can’t speak from personal experience, but one of the best parts of being in a girl group has gotta be establishing your distinctive style persona. The ladies in the K-pop group ITZY have got that down pat. While they’re into pretty different types of fashion, all five know how to pull a killer look together.
